The 2023 Farmers Market/Music in the Junction series will take place May 4 through September 28.
Farmers Market
The Valley Junction Farmers Market is home to over 80 weekly vendors selling fresh produce, baked goods, plants and flowers, arts and crafts, and prepared foods. Join your friends and neighbors from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. Special performances events are scheduled throughout the season.

The best concert series in Central Iowa is in Valley Junction!
Fusing the sounds of country and rock, Raquel & The Wildflowers has quickly grabbed the attention of music lovers across the nation. Raquel & The Wildflowers is a nationally touring act based out of New York.
Raquel & The Wildflowers’ energetic live performance has landed them on country festival stages featuring artists such as Dierks Bentley, Kane Brown, Thomas Rhett, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, Granger Smith. Other previous notable performances include opening for multi-platinum artist Andy Grammer, award winning bands, The Ohio State Fair, The Big E Fair, Summer concert series, Festivals, The Cutting Room, The Geneseo Riviera, Casinos, NCL and more.
Raquels debut solo artist single “Run Towards the Highway” won a ReverbNation contest that was distributed for airplay. The song charted #32 on DRT Top 50 Country AirPlay charts (2018) alongside global country stars such as Carrie Underwood and Luke Bryan.
Raquel & The Wildflowers previously featured on NY’s Country 94.7 FM, Central NY #1 Country station Big Frog, MD Country Station 94.7WDSD, Freedom Park “QuaranTunes” Summer Series and iHeart Radio KISS FM.
Raquel is currently recording her first album with the band that is scheduled to be released in 2023!
Music in the Junction is the place to be in central Iowa on Thursday nights May through September. Railroad Park and the beverage garden opens at 5:00 pm with live music from 6:00-8:30 pm. Join us for a great season in Historic Valley Junction!
