Antique Jamboree Vendor Application

Historic Valley Junction’s nationally recognized shopping and antique district provides the perfect backdrop for one of Iowa’s largest outdoor antique shows. The Antique Jamboree attracts nearly 100 quality dealers from across the Midwest. This year we are again offering two Antique Jamboree events, one in June and one in September! Spaces are granted on a first come, first served basis, while openings last. To be considered for same space from last year, payment is required by May 3, 2019. Spaces are not reserved until PAID IN FULL. Since the event is held rain or shine, be prepared for inclement weather. There are no rain dates and no refunds will be made. All credit cards are accepted. Make checks payable to: “Historic Valley Junction Foundation” and mail to 137 5th Street, West Des Moines, Iowa 50265-4719. Please call 515-222-3642 with any questions. Early Bird Registration (by May 3, 2019): $75 ($50 per additional space) To reserve your spot from last year, pay by this date. Regular Registration: $85 ($50 per additional space) Day-of Registration: $100 ($50 per additional space)
  • It is each vendor’s responsibility to know if they are required to collect and remit Iowa Sales Tax. HVJF does not accept responsibility for vendors who fail to meet this obligation. Vendors who are required to remit sales tax must have a permanent valid Sales Tax Permit. Temporary sales tax permits are no longer issued. Failure to respond and reply to sales tax inquires by the Internal Revenue Service will eliminate vendors from future participation in Valley Junction Antique Jamboree as well as other Valley Junction special events.
